Secure and Seamless Transactions

To start trading on the Platform, after creating an account, each Client must deposit it:

  • Select the desired button on the main page of the broker’s website and click on it.

Registration – if the Client does not yet have a trading account and wants to create one.
Access Account – if the Client wants to access his/her account that already exists.

  • Fill in all fields of the registration form.
  • Click on the deposit page.
  • When the page loads, review the replenishment options and select the preferred one.
  • Fill in all the fields in the replenishment form, providing all the necessary data.
  • After the page reloads, click the confirmation button.

The amount of the first and subsequent deposits is set by OrbiMount alone. To obtain this information, the Client must log in to his/her account and check the “Deposit amount” field on the “Deposit” page.

To simplify and speed up the withdrawal process, the Client should follow certain instructions, which are detailed below:

  • Click the “Access Account” button on the broker’s website.
  • After the page loads, enter the registration information (email and password).
  • Click on the “Withdrawal” button and fill in all the fields of the form that appear.
  • Review all information provided carefully, including the amount and withdrawal method.

There are a number of mandatory rules that the Client must read and agree to:

  1. In order to successfully withdraw funds, the Client must be familiar with the terms of this transaction before it is initiated.
  2. If the trading account and the bank account are owned by different people, the Platform may cancel the transaction. The Client can only request a withdrawal to an account that belongs to him/her.
  3. A mandatory part of the withdrawal procedure is Client verification.
  4. Withdrawals usually take place within 1-5 business days. If certain circumstances beyond the Platform’s control occur, this period may be extended. In this case, the Client will be contacted by phone or email and informed of the delay.

The status of the withdrawal procedure is the information that the Client can request if necessary.

Transactions from a Client’s account can be carried out in a variety of ways offered by the OrbiMount. The following payment options are available:

  • Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards. Money is transferred from the Client’s card to his/her trading account.
  • Bank transfers. Money is transferred from the Client’s bank account to his/her trading account.
  • Wallet to Wallet transfers. Money is transferred from the Client’s digital wallet to his/her trading account.

To protect the personal and financial information of the Clients, the list of security protocols and encryption technologies is updated regularly.

The Company takes the security of all financial transactions and the Clients’ funds in its accounts very seriously. To protect them, the Company uses the following:

  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Symmetric encryption and asymmetric cryptography are the main components of the protocol, which is responsible for maintaining a high level of data privacy and security protection. The same protocol is also used to protect the platform’s personal management system.
  • Payment System Safeness. The Company’s protection is ensured, among other things, by means of secure payment systems, which significantly increases the effectiveness of safety measures.
  • Upgraded Protection Measures. The security system is constantly being improved and modernized by the Company’s team.

The Platform undertakes to ensure secure collection and storage of Clients’ personal and financial data. The Clients must, on their part, provide the Platform with consent to its collection, storage and use.
